Alishia Lee is a Cincinnati born and raised fashion designer and the founder of Me By Lee Custom Designs. Me By Lee is a fashion brand that reimagines classic designs into accessible and couture looks. The mission is to give everyBODY a designer piece that speaks to their personal brand.

Alishia’s designs are inspired by her love of culture and art, ranging everyday wear to theatrical couture pieces. Her fashions have been featured on runways, film, tv, and print across the globe. Alishia also gives back to the community by mentoring new designers, and hosting sip and sew events where sewing enthusiasts of all skill levels can learn how to make their own custom pieces. Alishia shares her love of fashion and removing barriers for those in the growing Midwest Fashion Scene as the Vice Chair of the Midwest Chapter of the Black Design Collective.

Alishia graduated from the MORTAR business program and continues to support business owners as a TRIBE Leader, mentoring new business owners in the fashion industry.
